She is down to earth, super sweet and very clean. She has a wonderful dog, he is very well trained, house trained and never barks. No other animals please. Rent is $605 a month that includes everything plus a guaranteed parking spot! Looking for any gender ages 18-25. Move in cost: $250 app fee $50 background check $250 refundable deposit in July.
